Roughly how much would a commercial garage cost?
im looking to put up a 6 bay commercial garage with 10x10 doors and a 12x12 storage dwell it would block with a metal roof...all i need is a very rough idea
Spot is very important, because the cost of the land could be much more than the cost of the building. Assuming you just need a cost for the building:
"6 bay" doesn't escape much, how deep are these bays going to be? You are going to need room back there for tool boxes and work benches, too.
Also, does it basic to be insulated? Do you need trusses for a certain snow load (snow load trusses can be pricey).
There are too many variables here to correlate with talk back to a be accountable with even a very rough guess.

I parked my commercial van on the sidewalk on a company with 2 big garage doors and got a ticket?
A ticket for parking on the walk! I parked in front of the large garage doors and went inside to open the doors to park inside. when i came out 2 New York police officers were handwriting me a summons for parking on the sidewalk. I tries to explain and they just told me to have a seat in the van anf gave me a ticket. Were they misuse in doing this? Can I fight it in court?
Customarily the cost of a parking ticket is not worth the time and aggravation it takes to fight it (and I have heard that in New York it is at bottom a pain). However, if I were the judge, and the police officers testimony matched yours (e.g., they did not see the van parked for a long period of occasionally before writing the ticket, there were garage doors), I think I would rule that you were not "parked" in violation of the law.
Can I get a true roll-up garage door (no track) for my house?
We have a guide, two-car garage with an old, steel, tilt-up garage door. The previous owner built an un-permitted room along one side of the garage which prevents us from simply installing a tracked, evaporate-up garage door.
The problem has escalated because my wife's new car is just 1.5 inches too tall for our old, bent garage door!
Our first alternative is to replace the old one with a new, straight tilt-up, which would give us enough height for the car.
My question is, why doesn't anyone sell/install residential sound-up garage doors that completely roll up into themselves, like you often see on commercial garages and warehouses? That would certainly solve our problems.
Anyone know of anyone who does this in Southern California?
try overheaddoor.com its here in cali.i dont kno where u r at but there website should b what ur looking for! GL
