Can I share a document such as a service manual without getting in trouble ?
I am a technician and desire to copy a manual and share it with someone across country. The manual is 8 years old (if time means anything). There is one sentence in the beginning that says "This guide remains the property of our company, reproduction, publication,or information to a third party without our written approval is forbidden". I do see older utilization manuals on eBay all the time.
I don't know the person asking for it, just trying to help them answer a problem.

If you are not charging him for the instructions and if you don't change any of the text; especially not removing any trademarks then you can legally send 1 copy of the document to your friend.

Richard Nixon and Alger Hiss question?
Nixon believed Whittaker Chambers, who hypothetical that Hiss, a high State Department official, was a Soviet spy. Nixon discovered that Chambers had saved microfilm reproductions of incriminating documents by hiding the skin in a pumpkin (these became known as the "Pumpkin Papers"). These documents were alleged both to be accessible only by Hoot, and to have been typed on Hiss's personal typewriter. The discovery that Hiss, who had been an adviser to President Franklin D. Roosevelt, could have been a Soviet spy, lunge press upon Nixon into the public eye and made him the hero to FDR's many enemies.
Ok the question is this:
Nixon believed that Chambers was the Soviet spy right away? So what exactly does the last line mean? That Alger Hiss was the spy? OR was Whittaker the spy? Because it doesn't make have a funny feeling that, at the top it states Chambers was the spy but at the bottom it says Hiss was the spy. HELLLLP!!!
Chambers was a Communist who "converted" and dissolute Communism, after which he revealed Hiss' identity as a Communist (whether or not Hiss was a spy for the Soviet Union has not been settled.)

Speaking strictly from a systematic perspective, no. In asexual reproduction, the offspring would have the exact same genetic makup as the parent. So if Jesus was Mary's SON, how would you then account for the "Y" chromosome?
